What does Landspect cost?: One price for one seat: $249/seat/mo, or $2,499/yr prepaid. Every module is part of that seat. There is no separate Plotter charge and no per-map Maps fee.
Is there a free trial?: Free for 7 days. No card to start. Run real tracts, plot real deeds. Exports unlock when you subscribe.
What exactly is gated during the trial?: The work is open, the deliverables are not. You can run chains, plot deeds, and build maps for the full trial. Downloading or sending the output — runsheets, the abstract and MOR, plats, KML/DXF/GeoJSON/PDF — unlocks when you subscribe.
Do I buy the modules separately?: No. There is one seat and it carries all of them. They run on the same projects and data architecture, so the tract you plot is the tract you run title on, the tract you map, and the tract whose curative you are chasing. Nothing is re-keyed between them.
Do you offer annual billing?: Yes. $2,499/yr prepaid per seat, which is two months free against $249/mo. Enterprise is annual by default.
Can I add seats later?: Yes. Seats are per person and you can add them mid-cycle from billing settings. Past 25 seats, talk to us and we will price the block.
How finished is this?: Lease Check, Plotter and Maps are live today. Title is in beta and rolling out firm by firm, and Clients is the newest module. Start the 7-day trial and we will turn on what your firm needs. Pricing is a working number while we roll out; starting now locks today's rate.
