How is Scout different?: Scout is the acquisitions tool — lasso an area, see parcels by lease status, and export a call-ready list. It's the opposite motion from Title (find a deal vs. run title on one you have), runs on heavier parcel/lease data, and is sold as its own product at $999/seat. Use it on its own or alongside the platform.
Which products can I use today?: Plotter, GIS, and Scout are live to try free right now. Title and Holdings are rolling out — start the 7-day trial and we'll turn them on for your firm. Operations (operator lease & obligation administration) is on the roadmap and scoped through sales.
Do you offer annual billing?: Yes. Annual billing saves about 17% (roughly two months free) on the platform and on Scout. Enterprise is annual by default.
What's included in Enterprise?: Custom pricing with SSO (SAML), SCIM provisioning, the ArcGIS Pro extension, a white-label portal with your own domain, and dedicated support with an SLA. Enterprise is sold annually — talk to us and we'll scope it.
