Landspect Academy
In developmentLearn to run title.
Come out with a certificate.
Landman is one of the few careers that still pays well without a degree, and almost nobody teaches it directly.
We are building the version that does not depend on knowing the right person: it teaches the work, gives you the platform while you learn it, and leaves you with a profile a firm can find.
How it will work
Learn the work
How a chain of title is actually built: reading the deed, walking the calls, tracing ownership, clearing the curative. The work a landman is hired to do, taught by people who do it.
Prove it
Graded work on real chains, not multiple choice. Assessed against a published rubric, so what you passed means something specific rather than a participation badge.
Carry the certificate
Finish and it goes on a profile: what you completed, when, and the states and counties you can work. Verifiable, and yours.
Be findable
Firms searching for a landman in a particular basin can find you by what you can do and where you can work, rather than by who they happen to know.
For the firms
They arrive knowing the system.
A firm hiring a graduate is not hiring someone who needs six months of shadowing before they are useful. They have already run chains in the platform the firm runs, to a standard the firm can see.
Hiring, or want to shape the curriculum?
We are talking to land-services firms about what a graduate should actually know on day one. If your firm trains landmen today, we would rather build this with you than guess.
