What it does

Lease and obligation administration, end to end.

Operations is the administer stage of the lifecycle: track every lease term and obligation, never miss a rental or shut-in deadline, manage division orders and payments, and keep regulatory notices on schedule. It is where the recurring, day-to-day land department work lives — and it is on the roadmap, not yet shipped.

Where it stands

Landspect Operations is on the roadmap — the leases module is a stub today. It is the biggest net-new surface in the suite and the place sticky operator workflows live. We are talking to land departments now to design it; get in touch to help shape it.
